Boozle's Buddies are created by Jill Salyer Murphy, an Indiana native who grew up loving dogs.  Jill has shared her life with many canine companions, but is especially drawn to the wit and creative thinking process of terriers.  A self-taught artist, Jill enjoys creating clay figurines of dogs being dogs. Her favorite pieces are the ones which represent specific dogs, allowing Jill to display their unique personalities, markings, and habits.

In addition to sculpting, Jill enjoys the creative pursuits of sign language interpreting, designing electronic art, and writing poetry and motivational pieces.  She is active in several internet terrier forums.  Jill's other hobbies include gardening, landscaping, interior design, and hiking with her dogs.  She currently lives near Cincinnati, Ohio with her patient and dog-loving husband, Mark, and a house full of assorted terriers.
